PURPOSE: A raw material crusher and a raw material crushing method using the same are provided to automatically select freeze coal from the transferred raw materials and to pulverize thereof.;CONSTITUTION: A raw material crusher comprises supporting frames(200), a pressure meter(300), and a crusher(400). The supporting frame includes a plurality of hitching bars. The plurality of hitching bars is installed to cross the opened lower part of the housing. The pressure meters measures the pressure applied to the plurality of hitching bars. The crusher smashes second raw materials hung on the plurality of hitching bars. A controller senses the hitch of the second raw material according to the measuring value of the pressure meter.
