PURPOSE: A flexible circuit board, a display device comprising the same, and a method of fabricating the flexible circuit board are provided to prevent a spring back by forming a spring back protecting pattern on a bending area. CONSTITUTION: A base film(100) includes a bending area. Wiring patterns(130,140,150,160) are formed on one side of the base film. A spring back protecting pattern is overlapped with a part of the bending area. The spring back protecting pattern is made of metal.
