PURPOSE: Fermented soybeans using wilfordi roots, and a producing method thereof are provided to enable users to eat active ingredients of the wilfordi roots. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermented soybeans using wilfordi roots comprises the following steps: cleanly washing soybeans after removing foreign materials, and soaking the soybeans in 20 deg C water for 10-14 hours; hot-air drying washed wilfordi roots at 50-60 deg C, and crushing; mixing the soybeans and the wilfordi root powder in a weight ratio of 10:0.8-1.2; cooling the mixture at 55-65 deg C, and injecting 2-6 parts of bacillus subtilis by weight; fermenting the mixture at 36-42 deg C for 48 hours; hot-air drying the obtained fermented soybeans; and crushing the fermented soybeans before packaging.
