AIR-COOLED COMBUSTION FURNACE FACILITY CAPABLE OF REDUCING PART REPLACEMENT COSTS

PURPOSE: An air-cooled combustion furnace facility is provided to form the combustion atmosphere of a combustion furnace by injecting pre-heated combustion air.;CONSTITUTION: An air-cooled combustion furnace facility comprises a combustion body part(100), a cooling part(200), a negative pressure induction part(300), a fuel supply part(400), a grate part, and a clinker removing part(600). Solid fuel(10) is combusted in the combustion space of the combustion body part to generate heat energy. The cooling part is formed on the exterior of the combustion body part and is vertically divided to form multiple layers. The cooling part cools the combustion body part by injecting air on each floor. The negative pressure induction part draws in air flowing into the combustion body part to form negative pressure in the combustion body part. The fuel supply part supplies the solid fuel into the combustion body part. Multiple grate pieces(512) are coupled to form grate(510) of the grate part and the grate supports the solid fuel when combusting the solid fuel. The grate forms the bottom of the combustion body part. The clinker removing part removes clinkers(30) generated when the solid fuel is combusted in the grate part.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
