PURPOSE: A non-excavation contact electrode device for electric exploration is provided to perform a geological survey of a lower part of a paving material without damaging the paving material and to easily as well as promptly perform a lipid measuring operation in an area where a large amount of waste ore is layered, such as in a mine. CONSTITUTION: Several conductive material supply modules(110) accommodate a conducting material inside thereof, are installed individually on a road, and let the conducting material infiltrate underground through the surface of the road. A current metering module(120) is respectively connected to the conducting material supply modules which are next to each other in order to be accessed with the conducting material of conductive material supply module and measures a current value flowing through the road by applying it through the conducting material.
