PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a procedure for easily collecting a wide range of information other than the current measurement information.;SOLUTION: A measuring device is provided with means capable of inputting information relating to an external measurement environment and the like, and the content thereof is transmitted to an information collection organization in association with the exchange of normal measurement information. Further, with respect to the measurement information processing, when the measurement information is transmitted to a drawing creation device and the like from an information collection part, the conventional measurement information and the added environment information can be easily associated to each other as the measuring device includes means for associating the external environment information with the measurement information.
