PURPOSE: A storage and method for managing a surface mounting element are provided to improve storage effectiveness by storing a reel or a tray in a determined storage space.;CONSTITUTION: A storage space is formed in a housing. Multiple magazines(23a,23b,23c) are prepared in the housing. A horizontal guide(34) is installed to be moved up and down with a vertical guide(21a,21b).
