PURPOSE: An LED lamp for DC 12 or 24V is provided to facilitate assembly and disassembly by including a diffusion tube attached to or detached from the outer side of a heat sink. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(100) includes an LED mounting area(110) and an extension area(120). One or a plurality of LEDs(10) are mounted on the upper side of the LED mounting area. A heat sink(200) is coupled with the substrate and the diffusion tube. A sliding groove(210) is formed on both sides of the heat sink. A coupling groove(220) is formed on both outer sides of the heat sink.
