PURPOSE: A constructing method for an underground external wall using a form with an anti-backflow concrete placing unit and a vibrator port is provided to minimize construction waste by preventing unnecessary exposure of an underground external wall. CONSTITUTION: A constructing method for an underground external wall using a form with an anti-backflow concrete placing unit and a vibrator port is as follows. A placing check hole is formed on the lower end of a support beam for an underground external wall, which is previously constructed on a first basement level. A form with an anti-backflow concrete placing unit and a vibrator port is installed along the inner lines of the underground external walls of a first basement level and a second basement level. A concrete placing device and a vibrator are inserted through the concrete placing unit and the vibrator port.
