PURPOSE: A lower structure of an incoming panel and a distributing board, and a vibration pad thereof are provided to utilize a main body unit inserted between an upper plate and a lower plate, thereby enduring pressure and weight of the distributing board which is rearranged after an earthquake.;CONSTITUTION: An upper plate(100) is combined with a lower part of an incoming panel and a distributing board. A lower plate(200) is combined with an upper part of a base. A main body unit is composed of a shaft, an elastic packing(320), a lower cap(330), a clamping member, and an upper cap(340). The main body unit is inserted between the upper plate and the lower plate. An elastic member(400) surrounds the main body unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
