PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of wire for high heat-resistant motor winding and wire manufactured by the same are provided to drastically reduce manufacturing costs by excluding use of cooling jacket and cooling water by increasing the temperature capability.;CONSTITUTION: A bare copper wire(210) is selected to have a diameter matching with the capacity of a motor. A first heat-resistant coating layer(220) consists of a heat-resistant resin of a polyimide group. A woven coated layer(230) is coated by a heat-resistant fiber. A second heat-resistant coated layer(240) fills space between textures of the woven coated layer. An inorganic material coated layer blocks the heat delivered to the bare copper wire inside.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
