PURPOSE: A dissolved oxygen increasing apparatus and a river structure including the same are provided to feed oxygen to water through the openings of a housing by an oxygen feeding part. CONSTITUTION: A dissolved oxygen increasing apparatus includes a housing(100) and an oxygen feeding part(200). A space(110) is arranged in the housing. A through hole(120) is arranged at one side of the housing. A plurality of openings(130) is arranged at the front side and the rear side of the housing, and water passes through the openings. The oxygen feeding part connects the openings at the front side and the rear side of the housing. The oxygen feeding part is arranged in the space of the housing and feeds oxygen to water through the openings.
