COIL WINDING DEVICE OF MOTOR CORES, CAPABLE OF IMPROVING WORKING EFFICIENCY AND PRODUCTIVITY BY HAVING NEW ARRANGEMENTS OF EACH PROCESS

PURPOSE: A coil winding device of motor cores is provided to improve working efficiency as first and second nozzle holders are simultaneously moved by a V-belt driving unit in a longitudinal direction.;CONSTITUTION: A coil winding device of motor cores(110a,100b) comprises first and second jigs(10a,10b), first and second nozzle holders(21a,21b), first and second nozzles, a swinging die(20), and a V-belt driving unit(30). The first and second jigs are installed in one side of a body(1), and the two motor cores are seated on the first and second jigs. The first and second nozzle holders are installed to each side of the first and second jigs, respectively. The first and second nozzles are installed in each upper part of the first and second nozzle holders. A first swinging shaft arranged in the lower part of the first nozzle holder and a second swinging shaft arranged in the lower part of the second nozzle holder penetrate through the swinging die.
