Biodiesel production process using fat and oils separated from food waste

PURPOSE: A method for producing biodiesel from fat collected from organic waste using microorganism is provided to recycle food waste. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing biodiesel comprises: a step of pulverizing organic waste and adding solvent to isolate fat ingredients from organic waste; a step of culturing Rhodococcus strain using the fat ingredients as a substrate; a step of isolating lipid from the culture liquid; and a step of chemical reaction of the lipid. The organic waste is food waste, livestock waste, or sludge.
