Biodplastic production process using fat and oils separated from food waste

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing bioplastic from cheap fat collected from organic waste using microorganisms is provided to recycle food waste and to protect environment. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a bioplastic comprises: a step of pulverizing organic waste and adding solvent to separate fat ingredients from organic waste; a step of culturing Ralstonia strain using the fat ingredients as a substrate; a step of isolating lipid from the culture liquid; and a step of chemically reacting the lipid. The organic waste is food waste, livestock waste, or live sludge.
