PURPOSE: A cone-shaped safety indicator and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the load of manufacturing work by injection molding a base part and a cone part at a time. CONSTITUTION: A cone-shaped safety indicator comprises a base part(92), a circular reinforcing part(93) which is integrally formed on the base part, a cone part(91) which is injection-molded on the top of the reinforcing part, injection molded lines(94) which are formed on the circumferential surface of the cone part as being symmetric to each other around the center of the base part, the circular reinforcing part, and the cone part, and luminous tapes(95) which are attached at regular intervals to the circumferential surface of the cone part.
