PURPOSE: A riverside land and inland topographical data integration system is provided to conveniently calculates topographical data by automating DEM(Digital Elevation Model) data production procedures for riverside. CONSTITUTION: An initial data server(110) stores a numerical map for constructing topographical data and a riverside basic ground plan. A numerical map processing unit(120) integrates the numerical maps by extracting a plurality of the numerical maps for a topographical data construction target area. A GSS(Group Support System) data conversion unit(140) converts a DWG format into GSS data. A DEM creation unit(160) creates final DEM data.
