PURPOSE: A document output managing device, a method thereof, and recording medium thereof are provided to increase security and usability of paper print out by including output right information and recycling information. CONSTITUTION: If there is a request to print a file, an image generating unit(120) generates a printed image by adding recycling information of original content. A transmitting unit(130) transmits the printed image to a printer driver. The print out recycling information includes a file path which locates the terminal information and the file to be printed.
