Uplink Scheduling Method Based On Maximum PF Selection And Apparatus For Performing The Same

PURPOSE: An uplink scheduling method based on the selection of maximum PF(Proportional Fair) and a scheduling device thereof are provided to improve the throughput of a system in an RB(Resource Block) frequency area. CONSTITUTION: A scheduler(122) receives matrix values of terminals according to each RB. An N by K two-dimensional arrangement comprises N rows and K lines corresponding to K RBs. The scheduler allocates resources to the N by K two-dimensional arrangement based on the maximum matrix value in each RB line. The scheduler is executed until the completion of all RBs by considering the maximum matrix values in each RB lines which belong to the K RB lines.
