PURPOSE: A pressure cooker is provided to reduce the number of components compared to a pressure cooking container by separately forming a locking device and a steam exhaust cock by including a steam exhaust means in a pressure means in order to control the steam pressure of a cooking container.;CONSTITUTION: A pressure cooker comprises a cooker(10), a lid(20), a handle(30), a pressurization mean(40), a housing, an operation bar, and a spring. The lid covers an upper part of a cooking container. Both ends of the handle are rotatably connected to the outer periphery of the cooking container, and the handle passes through the upper part of the cooking container when vertically standing. The pressurization means is connected to the lower surface of the center of the handle and fixes the lid to the cooking container by pressurizing the lid. The operation bar is coupled to the housing by exposing a lower part of the operation bar in order to slide. The spring is inserted in the housing and elastically pressurizes the operation bar so that the lower part of the operation bar is pressurized to the lid. The lower part of the operation bar elastically pressurizes the lid so that the lid is pressurized and is fixed to the cooking container.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
