PURPOSE: A storage, transport, dissociation container of a hydrate pellet and a storage, transport, dissociation method of a hydrate pellet are provided to effectively dissociate inside of a container by supplying warm water into a container or by supplying heat while rotating a container.;CONSTITUTION: A storage, transport, dissociation container of a hydrate pellet includes a first container(100), a second container(200) and a refrigerator(300). The first container consists of a plurality of frames. The second container is rotatably installed inside of the first container, a hydrate pellet is stored therein and an insulation member is attached on the inner surface. The refrigerator is installed inside of the first container and cools the second container.
