PURPOSE: An automatic load controlling method of an exercising apparatus using map information is provided to automatically control the load of the exercising apparatus by the course movement without directly controlling the load of the exercising apparatus by a user.;CONSTITUTION: An automatic load controlling method of an exercising apparatus comprises the following steps: a step of inputting the exercising course selection by a user(S200); a step of obtaining map information including the inclination and curvature of a road included in the selected course(S300); a step of calculating the load of the exercising apparatus using the map information(S400); and a step of controlling the load of the exercising apparatus by the calculated load(S500).
