PURPOSE: A quick setting injection device for forming atypical section grouting column and a reinforcing method of poor ground by using the same are provided to enable slime to not stick to a blade or a rod by using a stirring ring and to confirm injection pressure of grout materials. CONSTITUTION: A quick setting injection device for forming atypical section grouting column comprises a lower rod(20), an end bit(10), a stirring ring(70), a horizontal nozzle(60), an skewed nozzle(50), an accelerating agent moving pipe(30), a hardening agent moving pipe(40), and a pressure expansion detection sensor(80). The lower rod is vertically installed as a pipe shape, and a spiral blade(22) is attached to outer periphery. The end bit is attached to a lower part of the lower rod. The stirring ring forms an agitated soil discharge groove(71) at the outer periphery of a central end or an upper end of the lower rod. The horizontal nozzle is installed in the outer periphery of the lower rod and horizontally injects grouting materials. The skewed nozzle is installed at the outer periphery of the lower rod and injects the grouting materials. The accelerating agent moving pipe is installed in the inside of the lower rod. The hardening agent moving pipe is installed in the inside of the accelerating agent moving pipe. The pressure expansion detection sensor is attached to the outer periphery of the lower rod and detects injection pressure of the grout materials.
