PURPOSE: A reinforcement device for the soft ground and a reinforcement method for the soft ground using the same are provided to efficiently reinforce the soft ground by injecting a solidifier into the ground through an injection pipe of a rod. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcement device for the soft ground comprises a rod(110), an injection pipe, an air compressor(200), and a solidifier supply tank(210). The rod is vertically inserted into the ground. A spiral blade(120) is formed on the outer surface of the rod. The injection pipe is formed inside the rod in a longitudinal direction. One end of the injection pipe is opened to the outside, and the other end is extended to the ground. The air compressor is connected to the other end of the injection pipe and injects air into the ground. The solidifier supply tank supplies a solidifier to the injection pipe.
