PURPOSE: A microcapsule-distributed phosphorescent crack sensor is provided to easily sense microcracks by comprising a phosphorescent material and to use visible rays harmful for human bodies.;CONSTITUTION: A microcapsule(21) comprises a core part(C) which includes a viscous dispersion medium and a phosphorescent material; and a capsule film which surrounds the core part. The viscous dispersion medium comprises a polymer solution that a first polymer is dissolved in a first solvent. The first solvent does not dissolve the phosphorescent material. A composition for forming a phosphorescent crack sensor includes components for forming microcapsule and matrix materials. A capsule-dispersed phosphorescent crack sensor(20) includes a cured product of the matrix material-forming component and microcapsules.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
