PURPOSE: A photovoltaic power generation module and a photovoltaic power generation system using the same are provided to prevent damage to a cell plate by using a coil type buffer spring for earthquake. CONSTITUTION: A spring groove(41) is formed in an upper supporting unit(40) of a cap shape. A vertical bolt hole is formed with a constant angle in the upper supporting unit. A sidewall(51) is formed on a lower fixing unit(50) of a fan shape. The width of the sidewall is smaller than the inner diameter of the upper supporting unit. A first coil type buffer spring(60) is inserted into the spring groove of the upper supporting unit. A second coil type buffer spring(70) is formed on the inner surface of the upper supporting unit.
