摘要

PURPOSE: An object sensing device using a multi-sensor and an object sensing method are provided to determine the presence of an object and a progressing direction of the object by using a motion sensor and a temperature sensor installed in a gate.;CONSTITUTION: An object sensing device using a multi-sensor comprises a motion sensor(110), a temperature sensor(120), and a control unit(130). The motion sensor is installed in a gate and recognizes infrared wavelengths of an object passing through the gate, thereby sensing the entry of the object into the gate and the presence of the object at an entering position. The temperature sensor is installed in the gate and senses the temperature of the object.
