PURPOSE: A multi-stage die changer is provided to install a storing place for a hemming-die with a multi-stage structure in order to largely reduce an installation area occupied by the storing place, thereby preventing the enlargement of a production line. CONSTITUTION: A multi-stage die changer includes two lower layer storage frames, two upper storage frames(21), a transferring-moving part, a lifting table, and a lifting actuation unit. A first and a second feeding conveyors(41,42) are respectively and transversely arranged on the lower and the upper layer storage frames. The transferring-moving part is placed between the two lower layer storage frames, and a third feeding conveyor is placed to be perpendicular to the first and the second feeding conveyors. The lifting table is lifted up at a position corresponding to the transferring-moving part, and a fourth feeding conveyor is transversely arranged on the lifting table. The lifting actuation unit lifts the lifting table.
