PURPOSE: An Fe/Ni-Cr-P metal separator for a fuel cell is provided to form an iron thin film with a uniform thickness by horizontal electroforming and to have a light weight, excellent intensity, hardness, durability and/or corrosion resistance. CONSTITUTION: An Fe/Ni-Cr-P metal separator for a fuel cell comprises an iron thin film; and an alloy layer containing nickel, chrome, and phosphorous to be formed on both sides of the iron thin-film. A flow path shape of the separator for the fuel cell is formed in the Fe/Ni-Cr-P metal separator for the fuel cell. The iron thin film has a structure of nanosize crystal particles and a thickness of 30-70 um. The alloy thin film of nickel, chrome, and phosphorus comprises 5-15 wt% of chrome, 10-15 wt% of phosphorus, a remaining content of nickel, and other unavoidable impurities. The alloy thin film of nickel, chrome, and phosphorus has a thickness of 0.1-1 um.
