PURPOSE: A noise monitoring device for a power plant control system is provided to implement a stable control by monitoring an abnormal state. CONSTITUTION: A ground line measuring unit measures a current and a voltage of a ground line. A control card output signal measuring unit measures each output signal of a plurality of control cards. A noise measuring unit measures noises in the front end and the rear end of a noise filter. An external power measuring unit measures the voltage and the current in the front end and the rear end of the noise filter. A power supply measuring unit measure the current and the voltage of the power.
