PURPOSE: A down-converter, an up-converter, a receiver and a transmitter applying the same are provided to reduce a burden for LO frequency generation by converting a frequency by using an LO(Local Oscillator).;CONSTITUTION: A harmonic mixer(110) inputs a first frequency signal, an in-phase signal of a second frequency and a quadrature phase signal of a second frequency, and outputs a third frequency generated with the first frequency and the second frequency. A first mixer(120) inputs the signal of the third frequency and the in-phase signal of the second frequency, and outputs an in-phase signal of a fourth frequency generated with the third frequency and the second frequency. A second mixer(130) inputs a quadrature phase signal of the third frequency signal and the second frequency signal, and outputs a quadrature phase signal of the forth frequency generated with the third frequency and the second frequency.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
