ROAD PROFILE MEASURING DEVICE AND A PROFILING METHOD USING THE SAME, CAPABLE OF PROFILING A ROAD PAVEMENT AT HIGH PRECISION

PURPOSE: A road profile measuring device and a profiling method using the same are provided to correct an error of the data of height measuring sensor caused by a tilted frame by using the data of an inclination sensor, thereby calculating the actual vertical height without the error.;CONSTITUTION: A road profile measuring device(100) comprises a frame(110), a height measuring sensor(112), an inclination sensor(114), and a profile unit. The frame is installed in a transversal direction of a road pavement(2). The height measuring sensor measures the height of the road pavement while horizontally moving along the transversal direction of the road pavement at the predetermined height of the frame. The inclination sensor measures an inclination of the frame. The profile unit calculates the data of the transversal height displacement of the road pavement based on the data sensed by the height measuring sensor and the inclination sensor, thereby profiling.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
