PURPOSE: A lecture evaluation system through an online debate method and an evaluation method thereof are provided to supply autonomous learning to a user and the online debate method which improves problem solution ability of the user. CONSTITUTION: A lecture evaluation system(100) is connected to an internet network system. A user outputs debate data by uploading and downloading the same. The lecture evaluation system includes a user terminal(101), an SQSA management database(102), and an SQSA information providing database(103).
