PURPOSE: A method is provided to manufacture automatically assorted pan-fried delicacies without sticks by using a meat paste. CONSTITUTION: Cooked pan-fried delicacies are cut into assorted pan-fried delicacies with square shapes through a cutter which has a blade of a certain length(S160). Transferred assorted pan-fried delicacies are frozen rapidly through a quick freezer, and the assorted pan-fried delicacies are packed in wrapping paper(S180).
