TILTING PLATFORM STRUCTURE FOR SORTING AND TRANSFERRING GLASS PANELS BY THE SIZE

PURPOSE: A tilting platform structure for sorting and transferring glass panels is provided to rapidly and efficiently load the glass panels to loading boxes by the size of the glass panels using the self-weight of the glass panels.;CONSTITUTION: A tilting platform structure for storing and transferring glass panels(P) comprises a left and right sorting unit, a tilting platform(240), an insertion driving block(260), underside supporting guides(270), and lateral side supporting guides(280). The left and right sorting unit selectively transfers a movable table(230) from a loaded position to a loading position along guide rails which is installed on a support table(210). The tilting platform is tilted downward in a loading box direction by a tilting unit. The insertion driving block is inserted and driven in the loading box direction by an insertion driving unit(262) on the tilting platform or is returned to an original position. The underside supporting guides float the underside of the glass panels. The lateral side supporting guides guide both sides of the glass panels.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
