The present invention relates to cancer cell photothermal therapy using cytoplasmic sensitized organic polymer nanoparticles. More specifically, the present invention relates to a biomolecule having no toxicity of nanomaterials and having biological dopants such as protons, reactive oxygen species, and redox power. By having light sensitivity in a rich environment such as light, the cancer cells can be specifically removed by showing a light heat effect through light irradiation in the vicinity of near infrared rays.
