PURPOSE: A multi-layer optical sheet module is provided to improve adhesion quality and durability by increasing an adhesion area in adhesion of an optical sheet and to minimize reduction of illuminance by refraction of light in the adhesion area. CONSTITUTION: A multi-layer optical sheet module includes an upper optical sheet(410) having a first structure pattern(412) protruded upward, a lower optical sheet(420) having a second structure pattern(422) protruded to the upper optical film side while being arranged in a laminate type in a lower part of the upper optical sheet and an adhesive layer arranged in the upper optical sheet and the lower optical sheet. The second structure pattern has a light transfer unit in which a cross-section decreases as it goes to the upper part and a reclamation unit in which a part is reclaimed by the adhesive layer by being continuously connected to the upper part of the light transfer unit and length of the circumference of the cross-section in which the reclamation unit and the adhesive layer contact with each other has a greater than an edge of an orbit of the virtual cross-section formed by extent of the light transfer unit to the upper part.
