PURPOSE: A metallic hydride tank system and a method for calculating a reaction heat integration figure model for designing a metallic hydride tank are provided to escape the restriction of costs and time by calculating a figure model for various models. CONSTITUTION: A metallic hydride tank system is filled with metallic hydride and maintained at a set temperature. A temperature change and a reaction quantity caused by a reaction between the metallic hydride and hydrogen are measured by changing the hydrogen content of the metallic hydride in the metallic hydride tank system. A reaction temperature and the reaction quantity are calculated based on the measured data.
