PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing rare-earth magnetic powder with a desorption and recombination step is provided to delay a recombination reaction time by controlling a hydrogen desorption time and to prevent rapid temperature degradation during the reaction, thereby improving coercive force and residual magnetization.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing rare-earth magnetic powder with a desorption and recombination step is as follows: a step for heating R-Fe-B rare-earth magnetic powder charged in a tube furnace(S100); a step for charging hydrogen into the tube furnace and constantly maintaining the temperature of the tube furnace(S200); a step for exhausting the hydrogen from the tube furnace(S300); a step for charging argon gas into the tube furnace(S400); and a step for heating the tube furnace(S500); a phase decomposition step for maintaining the temperature of the tube furnace after charging the hydrogen into the tube furnace(S600); a step for desorbing the hydrogen from the tube furnace to do endothermic reaction within 3 to 15 minutes to manufacture the R-Fe-B rare-earth magnetic powder(S700); and a step for cooling the R-Fe-B rare-earth magnetic powder(S800).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
