PURPOSE: An electrostatic precipitator for a high flow velocity through the flow stabilization of suspended particles is provided to form a new boundary layer through the separation of a collecting plate opposite to an electric discharging plate, thereby improving flow stabilization. CONSTITUTION: An electrostatic precipitator for a high flow velocity through the flow stabilization of suspended particles has a first end collecting plate(15) and a second end collecting plate(16) which are respectively placed at both ends of the precipitator. An electric discharging plate(30) and a flow stabilization collecting plate(20) are sequentially formed between the first and the second end collecting plate. The electric discharging plate is formed on front of the second end collecting plate. An electric discharging hole(301) having multiple electric discharging protrusions(50) are formed at the side of the electric discharging plate, and the side is vertical to the flow direction of the particles. The flow stabilization collecting plate has a collecting long hole(201) vertical to the flow direction of the particles.
