Stock Trading System corresponding to leader investor and providing method thereof

PURPOSE: A system for trading a stock corresponding to a leader investor and a method thereof are provided to partially follow an investment strategy of the leader investor, thereby increasing a rate of a profit and preventing a market distortion according to transaction information disclosure of the leader investor. CONSTITUTION: A leading module(120) manages a leading portfolio based on transaction information data of a leader investor. A modeling module(130) manages a model portfolio including part among leading financial instruments by a preset modeling rule among the leading financial instruments which is included in the leading portfolio. A control module(110) generates market order of an account of an investor who selects the leader investor.
