TIDAL CURRENT PUMP AND GENERATION SYSTEM BY USING TIDAL CURRENT PUMP

PURPOSE: A tidal pump and a power generator using the same are provided to operate a plurality of pumps by using kinetic energy obtained by a tidal current and to generate power by using the water pumped by the pumps, and to obtain the water of a good quality required for power generation environment-friendly. CONSTITUTION: A power generator using a tidal pump comprises a pressure pipe(2), a rotor, a curved rail(5), pumps and pump boxes(6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13), piston rods(14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21), an outlet(23), an inlet(24), a first check valve(25), and a second check valve(26). The pressure pipe is vertically installed. The curved rail is fix-installed in the upper and lower part of a rotator and rotated along the rotator. The pumps and pump boxes are fixed to the upper and lower part of the pressure pipe. The piston rod is in contact with the curved rail and performs a piston-motion along a trace of the curved rail. The inlet and outlets are included in a cylinder of the pump. The first check valve is installed in the outlet. The second check valve is installed in the inlet.
