PURPOSE: A cable testing device is provided to syntagmatically inspect a cable by detecting a failure point and by measuring a signal of an optical cable.;CONSTITUTION: A copper cable connecting unit(300) connects to a copper cable in order to find a failure point or to execute the cable inspection of the copper cable. A light reception unit(400) receives an optical signal for measuring the signal of an optical cable. A light transmission unit(500) transmits the optical signal for detecting the failure point of the optical cable. An output unit(600) displays information for an electric signal or the measured optical signal. A control unit(700) confirms the error generation of a cable.
