COATING AGENT FOR SOLIDITY STABILIZATION OF ASBESTOS AND METHOD FOR SOLIDITY STABILIZATION OF ASBESTOS USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A coating composition for stabilizing asbestos solidity is provided to prevent outflow and scattering of asbestos from a construction material containing asbestos with low costs, and to use inorganic binder, thereby not generating Volatile Organic Compound; VOC which is harmful to the human body. CONSTITUTION: A coating composition for stabilizing asbestos solidity comprises: 100 wt% of water; 30-40 wt% of more than one silica-based inorganic binder selected among colloidal silica, sodium silicate, and potassium silicate; 10-15 wt% of alumina sol; 0.5-2 wt% of potassium phosphate; 5-10 wt% of bentonite; 10-15 wt% of calcium carbonate; 10-15 wt% of phytoncide; and 10-15 wt% of Chinese juniper powder. An asbestos solidity stabilizing method of a construction material containing asbestos solidity uses the coating composition for stabilizing asbestos solidity. An asbestos solidity stabilizing method of a construction material containing asbestos solidity comprises the following steps: coating the coating composition on a construction material containing asbestos solidity and drying(first coating step); coating a flame retardant on the construction material and drying(second coating step); and coating phytoncide, an antibacterial deodorant containing a natural herb substance on the construction material and drying.
