PURPOSE: A device for adjusting a position of a towing point when testing a model in a towing tank is provided to easily move the towing points to the center of buoyancy corresponding to each shipping condition in the towing tank in a model test, thereby obtaining a more accurate result of the model test. CONSTITUTION: A device for adjusting a position of a towing point when testing a model in a towing tank comprises a housing unit(1), an LM guide(2), a fixing jig stand(3), a fixing jig(4), and a fixing handle(6). The housing unit is installed on the inner floor bottom of a model ship. The LM guide is installed in the housing unit and arranged to a stern and a stem of the model ship. The fixing jig stand is installed on the LM guide and stopped or moved along the LM guide to the stern and stem of the model ship The fixing jig is installed in the fixing jig stand, thereby moving with the fixing jig stand. A groove(5) where a towing rod(13) can be joined and fixed is formed in the upper end portion of a body.
