BALL VALVE AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF CAPABLE OF REDUCING MANUFACTURING TIME

PURPOSE: A ball valve and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve quality with reduced damage to the surface of a valve body by minimizing the contact numbers and contact area of an assembly tool to the surface of the valve body.;CONSTITUTION: A ball valve(1) comprises a body(10), a neck part, an upper stem(30), a lower stem(40), a valve body(20), seat parts(50), and end pieces(60). The body is formed in a cylinder shape of which both sides are opened. The neck part is integrally casted on the top of the body and is vertically penetrated. The upper stem is fitted upward from the bottom of the neck part via the inside of the body and protrudes from the outside of the body. The lower stem is fitted inward from the outside of the body through a bottom bored part of the body. The valve body is rotationally supported between the upper stem and the lower stem.
