PURPOSE: A device for testing a water-scattering prevention device(10) is provided to accurately measure water permeability regardless of the shape of the water-scattering prevention device using a water collector and improve the durability of the parts.;CONSTITUTION: A device for testing a water-scattering prevention device comprises a base(100), a pump(200), a spraying nozzle(300), a water collector(500), and a support(600). The pump is mounted on the base and transfers water forcibly when external power is applied. The spraying nozzle sprays the water transferred through a connection pipe(350) connected to the pump to the water-scattering prevention device which is separately arranged. The water collector, which is arranged under the water-scattering prevention device, collects the water sprayed from the spraying nozzle.
