PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of bamboo ball stuff for pillow is provided to process a cut bamboo to a spherical shape with expanded pores and to impregnate various oriental medicine components into the expanded pores. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a bamboo ball stuff for pillow comprises: a step of obtaining a bamboo stem by removing bamboo leaves(S100); a step of cutting the bamboo stem at a constant height of 2-15 mm(S200); a step of forming a cubic bamboo piece with a length, width and height of 2-15 mm(S300); a step of processing bamboo pieces to a spherical shape and obtaining a bamboo ball with expanded pores(S400); a step of impregnating oriental medicine into a bamboo ball into a sphere shape(S500); and a step of drying the bamboo ball(S600).
