PURPOSE: A barge for effectively transferring and installing an offshore wind turbine on the sea is provided to quickly transfer the offshore wind turbine to a desired position at low costs. CONSTITUTION: A barge for effectively transferring and installing an offshore wind turbine on the sea comprises a body(1), side floating barges(2), a control device part(3), a crane(4), spuds(5), spud gear boxes(6), clamps(7), a power device part(8), winches(9), and outriggers(10). The side floating barges maintain buoyancy to prevent the overturn and movement of the body. The control device part adjusts and manages the operation of the barge. The crane transfers and installs the offshore wind turbine to/on a desired position. The spuds fix the barge. The spud gear boxes lift up and down the spuds. The clamps firmly fix the offshore wind turbine on the barge.
