The frame member comprises an upper frame and a lower frame. An installation space is arranged between the upper and lower frames. The upper panel is coupled to the upper frame. Pedal installation holes are formed in the left and right sections of the upper panel. The pedals are installed in the pedal installation holes and are rotated on a hinge part by the weight of the vehicles. The hydraulic unit comprises an actuator pressed by the pedals. The vehicle sorting unit supplies the fluid of the actuator to a reservoir tank (410) by opening or closing an inflow pipe according to the kinds of the detected vehicles. The power generation unit is installed inside the frame member and comprises a driving gear and a driven gear.
